Janus Acquires DBCI Janus International Group, Inc., recently announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire DBCI, a manufacturer of steel roll-up doors and building prod- ucts for both the commercial and self-storage industries and a part of Cornerstone Building Brands. The acquisition broadens Janus’s customer set by gaining direct access to DBCI’s core general contractor and distributor base and provides an op- portunity to deliver more comprehensive, value-added solutions for DBCI’s custom- ers from Janus. Together, Janus and DBCI will benefit from an expanded geographic and regional sales footprint. DBCI’s manufacturing operations are located in Arizona, Georgia, and Texas, and it employs approximately 240 people.
Tenant Inc. Adds New Password Feature Tenant Inc. has added a one-time password feature to its branded website product, Mariposa. The new feature gives self-storage tenants a simple and secure way to access their accounts by sending each new user a password via text message.
