PREFAB & PRECAST ELEMENTS The curved exterior bands are precast concrete beams with colours and floor plates forming a contrast against the blue glass windows. The retail podium is cladded with aluminium, sporting perforation patterns that create a sense of depth and layers. This promotes ventilation throughout the podium and aids airflow in the car park, which helps release the heat trapped within the development.
