Who let the dogs out?


Fancy a quick pre-train pint? Scottish brewery and pub chain BrewDog has opened a 175- seat bar at Edinburgh Waverley Station. Up to 16 of the company’s craft beers are on offer, along with a list of wines and cocktails from its BrewDog Distilling Co Wonderland brand. Craft beer fans will also find a BrewDog bar at Edinburgh Airport, while those passing through London will find branded bars at London Gatwick Airport and London Waterloo station.


All aboard to Amsterdam


When the service resumes on 10 February, the Amsterdam-London trains will be able to carry 440 passengers – 165 more people than the previous capacity. meant border controls could not take place in the Dutch hub. Passengers therefore have to disembark in Brussels for passport control and security checks before onward travel to London St Pancras.
