Pattern sanding is a simple way to make duplicates. A pattern sander consists of a sanding drum with a hard disk the same diameter as the sanding sleeve attached to its bottom. It works like the pattern bits for routers familiar to many woodworkers and can be found on the internet and at many woodworking outlets. Look for “pattern sander” or “Robo sander”
