was walking out t he door my mom wished me good luc k on my last , f ir st day of high school. I hear d t hese wor ds, but
I could not believe t hat I am a senior . I st ill f elt as if t ell if I
was ner vous or exc it ed, but I knew t hat I was happy t o be bac k at my second home. I

st r essed- out J unior list ening t o t he t ales of senior year f r om my older , gr aduat ed f r iends. Upon ar r ival t o Chino High I st ar t ed t o f eel but t er f lies in my st omach, I couldn?t
r an int o my f r iends and we at e br eakf ast pr ovided by our class; we t alked about our
summer advent ur es and made plans f or our senior year . While my f r iends and I gat her ed in t he bleacher s t o wat ch t he sunr ise, we wer e given paper and an envelope t o wr it e a let t er t o our
f r om our ot her school event s, sof t music played in t he
bac kgr ound, and ever yone sat peacef ully f ocused. T he quiet allowed f or much r ealizat ion and r ef lec t ion. I t was at
t his moment wher e I f inally f elt t hat

Af t er ever yone f inished wr it ing, t he music was changed t o hype up our mood, and t he senior s wer e invit ed on t he t r ac k t o st amp t heir handpr int s on a lar ge post er paper wit h our gr aduat ion year paint ed on it . When I st amped my hand on t hat post er , I I was making my mar k on t he school. Soon af t er , our class t ook pic t ur es in f r ont of beaut if ul post er and scur r ied of f t o class.
