Affiliated with Little League International, Avondale Little League has been providing baseball and softball programs to Avondale youth for more than twenty years. Our objective is to not only provide baseball and softball programs, but to promote good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage, and respect.

SKYHAWKS SOCCER (AGES 6 – 9) Fee $89 This fun skill-intensive program is designed for beginning to intermediate players. Using a progressional curriculum, youth will learn the fundamentals of dribbling, shooting, passing, and ball control.

YOUTH PICKLEBALL LESSONS (AGES 8 – 12) Fee $50 These lessons will cover pickleball basics including rules, safety, basic strategies, and drills to improve technique and court etiquette. Taught by a PPR Certified Coach.

YOUTH SPORTS LEAGUES


Avondale Parks and Recreation has partnered with American Sports Centers Avondale to provide residents a 50% discount off league registration at ASC. Each season is 6 weeks long with practices and games once a week.


Early Registration fee $61.50 for Avondale residents only.


Regular Registration fee $67.50 for Avondale residents only (must have current ASC annual membership, $20).


Registration must be done at American Sports Centers, 755 N. 114th Ave., to receive Avondale resident discount.

SOCCER LEAGUE This recreational league will teach basic skills including passing, shooting, ball control, defense, and goalkeeping! There will be one weeknight practice, games on Saturday mornings, and one Friday night game. Coed leagues include a jersey and medal.
