cLeod Software’s sustained growth and success over the past ten years has been transformative. With a compound


annual growth rate that has averaged 20% per year the company has expanded from a roster of 140 employees to more than triple that number today with over 450 employees.


After years of hiring additional staff, who have been spread out over two separately-located buildings in order to accommodate this growth, everyone working in Birmingham has been brought together under one roof. The new headquarters building’s size, setting, and design provide a fitting match for McLeod’s position of prominence as the premier TMS provider in the country and as a shining star in Birmingham’s vibrant economy.
