VIZCAYA MUSEUM AND GARDENS turned 100 years old on Christmas Day last year, making 2017 its big centennial year. So much has happened at the grande dame of Miami real estate since Chicago businessman James Deering built it as his winter estate, such as wild parties in the roaring ’20s and its evolution to a public museum in 1953.
