2019 Senior Living Executive Conference Recap: Top of Mind Issues and Long-Range Visions

From early-morning workouts to packing the rooms for deep dive sessions to culinary exhibitions, tech demos, and networking over refreshments on the Expo fl oor, attendees and exhibitors at the 2019 Argentum Senior Living Executive Conference made the most of every minute. Held April 15-17 in San Antonio, the conference brought together more than 2,500 senior living professionals and solutions experts. With six learning tracks, and powerful discussions with specialists and C-level professionals in the Hive and Expo Theater, the informed opinions and new ideas were plentiful. Recognizing the dedication that sets the profession apart, recipients of the Hero and Best of the Best Awards were honored. The growth of the profession was clear, not only through celebrating those who earned their Certifi ed Director of Assisted Living (CDAL) credential and the 2019 Senior Living Leaders Under 40, but through the release of the Senior Living Impact initiative, with data confi rming the industry’s widespread infl uence.

“The Argentum Senior Living Executive Conference gave me the opportunity to get focused updates on a wide variety of topics within a few days. From workforce to fi nancing, I was able to meet valuable contacts who may be potential future partners to help us meet our goal of improving our options for our residents.”

— Jill Nokleby Kaiser, Director of Senior Housing Development Ebenezer Management Services
