WATER POLO CAMP Junior LIFEGUARD Fee: Resident $75, Non-Resident $100/ 6 Weeks

Participants will learn the basic skills and rules of water polo. Beginners and more advanced players will develop their shooting, passing, and ball control skills. Participants must be able to swim one length of the pool in deep water.

Children ages 7 years – 10 years will be introduced to a variety of aquatic activities in this fun camp! Activities include diving, stroke drills and techniques, water polo, and other aquatic themed games and activities. Must be able to swim 25 yards in deep water unassisted. Participants may attend recreation swim after their class. Field trips will take place on 7/5 and 7/19, until 3:00 p.m. INSTRUCTOR: P&R Staff

BEGINS: 8/6 LOCATION


7-14 M/W/F 9:00-12:00 p.m. Aquatic Center


Junior lifeguards learn safety skills, leadership, and professionalism while improving their stroke technique and physical conditioning. Must be able to swim 50 yards continuously in deep water. Participants may attend recreation swim after their class. Field trips will take place on 7/9 and 7/23, until 3:00 p.m.
