If your staff are good, that’s your fault. If your staff aren’t good, that’s your fault.


Biggest challenge: Battling the


stereotype that young people don’t know anything. Managing a team of women older than me, I’ve had to earn trust and respect through consistency, fairness, and genuinely listening.


Future goals: To build, or be part of


building, a strong family business that truly works for our family, and one day, maybe take great Lancashire and British bakes over to the States.
