Dan Clough has been appointed editor of Lancashire Business View, with Ged Henderson moving into a new role as editor at large.
Dan began his career in journalism working on local newspapers in Lincolnshire and East Yorkshire before returning closer to home as a reporter for the Lancashire Telegraph.
He later spent 10 years working in communications and public engagement for the NHS, most recently with the Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board.
Now living in Wesham on the Fylde coast, Dan grew up in Darwen and has contributed to Lancashire Business View as a freelance
leading role in the continued development of our journalism and editorial output.”
Ged, a multi award winning former regional newspaper editor and national newspaper journalist with more than 40 years’ experience in the media industry, edited Lancashire Business View for more than a decade.
His numerous awards include being named UK Industrial Journalist of the Year for his work covering business for the Manchester Evening News.
As editor of Lancashire Business View, he oversaw its last major redesign and drove its evolution as an award-winning platform for serious, in-depth business
His appointment is an important one for Lancashire Business View and he will play
a leading role in the continued development of our journalism and editorial output
writer. He also co-wrote the autobiography of former Blackburn Rovers striker Simon Garner, published by Northpoint Publishing.
