Rapid Response Jet-Vac in action in Kenilworth!
At the recent No-Dig Live 2024 show, EXVAC UK Equipment Sales Ltd proudly showcased the Bora, a revolutionary Rapid Response Jet-Vac (RRJV) manufactured by Rivard, one of Europe's leading jet-vac manufacturers.
The RRJV is a compact, highly mobile jet-vac unit designed to offer greater agility compared to traditional truck-mounted versions. Its smaller size allows it to access tighter spaces with ease. The term "Rapid Response Jet-Vac" originated in Europe, where smaller jet- vac units were developed to quickly respond to emergency situations, especially in tight urban environments like parking garages and narrow city streets.
Perfect for whenever a quick response is needed for jetting or suction tasks, service companies typically send the RRJV ahead of larger, slower tanker trucks, ensuring faster service. In many cases, the RRJV can solve the problem entirely, eliminating the need for bigger vehicles and offering a quicker, more efficient solution. And since RRJVs are similar in size and weight to high-pressure van packs, operators do not require a HGV license.
Unlike high-pressure van packs, which are primarily for jetting, the RRJV also incorporates suction, enabling it to transport liquid waste. This versatility allows the RRJV to tackle a wider range of tasks, such as:
• Grease trap emptying • Septic tank maintenance • Unclogging pipes and removing liquid waste
The Bora’s compact design and four-wheel drive make it ideal for accessing challenging locations, such as, underground car parks, historic city centres and remote villages.
The Bora RRJV is a highly efficient and versatile machine, designed to streamline operations and maximize productivity. Its user- friendly interface and intuitive controls make it easy to operate even for inexperienced users, and stands out for its combination of flexibility, compact size, and efficiency, making it the ideal solution for a variety of high-demand tasks in challenging environments.
• The spacious water and waste tank capacity ensure that the Bora can handle a wide range of tasks without frequent refilling.
• The multiple power options allow you to choose the right configuration for your specific needs, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• The Bora's split-shaft PTO system optimizes power from the pick-up engine, reducing energy consumption and enhancing reliability.
• The remote control feature allows you to operate the Bora from a safe distance, improving fuel efficiency and reducing wear and tear on the machine.
• The hydraulic hose reels are designed for easy maneuverability and reduce operator strain, making it easier to navigate tight spaces and challenging environments.
