consumption and impacting water treatment processes. Our new resins offer a solution that significantly enhances the efficiency of these systems, helping to reduce operational costs and lower environmental impact.

The product development process, which began in August 2023, culminated in the creation of two advanced resins with optimal curing temperatures of 50°C for the Warm Cure Epoxy and 80°C for the Hot Cure Epoxy. Following months of research and refinement, the WRc Group confirmed that both the Warm Cure and Hot Cure systems passed their respective tests with flying colours.

Both the Warm Cure and Hot Cure Epoxy resins provide a fully leak-tight finish, offering superior adhesion to a variety of pipe materials, including clay, concrete, and cement. With excellent chemical and heat resistance, the styrene-free resins also eliminate unpleasant odours after installation, providing a long-lasting and environmentally friendly solution to infiltration challenges.

This breakthrough is set to drive positive change in the wastewater treatment process by improving system efficiency, reducing energy use, and supporting future capital investments in the UK’s water infrastructure.

“Our ongoing commitment to product development allows us to remain at the forefront of the industry. Passing the CP308 and CP655 tests is a testament to our dedication to innovation, and we believe this will further boost confidence in CIPP installations across the UK. We’re hopeful that this advancement will play a significant role in addressing

water infiltration issues within our sewerage systems.”

Phil Steele, Sales Director
