2017 was a standout year for the Leeds office market, with a new headline


Grade A rent of £30 psf achieved and record levels of take-up within central Leeds. City Centre take-up was 1.1m sq ft. The 2017 figure was heavily skewed by the 378,000 sq ft GPU deal, however the previous record transactional year was 794,043 in 2013. In context, the 5-year average take-up level is 573,623 sq ft with the 10-year average being 478,000 sq ft.
