As the UK moves inexorably towards Brexit, the UK economy has so far remained reasonably resilient, as has the combined strength of the Northern Powerhouse. There are undoubtedly challenges in some areas, not least of all retail and our town centres, but shopping is perhaps our most dynamic use sector. Change and evolution are continuous, creating opportunity for the wise.


In this issue, part of our focus is on some alternative areas of the property market. Residential may be the oldest and most ubiquitous of property types, but it is also one of the most exciting sectors for new development.
