Corporate Solutions delivers an integrated service, where clients benefit from the full extent of the services that we can provide through a dedicated team led by an account manager who would become an integrated part of the client’s team.
We provide an ‘outsourced, in-house’ property function, collaborating at all levels within the business, communicating with other suppliers, sharing information across service lines and geographies, brainstorming for creative ideas, and engaging as partners.
One of the principal benefits to our clients of outsourcing this work is that they have access to a very wide pool of real estate specialists and in-house services. We regularly work in
collaboration with our specialist teams to enhance the benefit to our clients; for Volkswagen Audi, our client partnership includes key members of our Automotive and Roadside team, whereas for Mitchells & Butlers, the Licensed and Leisure team became part of our core client group.
In a highly specialised world of ‘canned’ solutions, we recognise the need to be a ‘Swiss Army knife’, that can provide a multi-disciplinary and flexible approach to providing solutions – here it’s not always about core property expertise of the individual, but also about having the right people working with you. The aim is to provide a fully integrated real estate management solution.
From our dedicated Lease Administration team developing and managing databases for global clients such as BT and Thomson Reuters, to our project managing the rebranding of several hundred units for Bupa, or carrying out a single lease renewal of a Mitchells & Butlers restaurant, we work in partnership with our clients to ensure that their property portfolio remains an asset in accelerating their success.
