MEET THE TEAM RAY PALMER
CHAIRMAN AND FOUNDER
Has specialised in development and investment for over 40 years, starting his career at Lambert Smith & Partners. He takes particular responsibility for balance sheet investments including oversight of Palmer Capital’s UK operating companies.
ALEX PRICE CHIEF EXECUTIVE
Started his financial career with Credit Lyonnais Securities in 1997 before joining Sabre Holdings’ European Corporate Finance team. He joined Palmer Capital in 2003 and was promoted to Chief Executive in 2008. He covers thecompany’s relationship with both existing and future investment partners.
RUPERT SHELDON DIRECTOR, HEAD OF INCOME REIM
Managed the £250m Henderson UK Property Fund prior to joining Palmer Capital in 2005. He is responsible for the core and core– plus funds and segregated account relationships.
CHRIS BUTTON DIRECTOR, HEAD OF VALUE ADD REIM
Acquisitions director for LaSalle Investment Management’s UK Ventures Fund prior to joining Palmer Capital in 2008. He is responsible for the value-add funds and focuses on higher return strategies involving planning, development and repositioning of assets.
EMMA CULLEN CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Joined Palmer Capital in 2007 and oversees all legal and corporate matters. Also responsible for the regulatory and operational side of the business and in particular the firm’s accreditation under AIFMD.

CHARLES ALLEN ACQUISITION DIRECTOR
Principle contact for agents and others wanting to introduce opportunities to Palmer Capital and takes oversight of all the company’s acquisitions. Previously with the Corporate Finance Real Estate team at Ernst & Young where he focussed on capital raising, M&A and restructuring.
STEVEN WRIGHT DIRECTOR
Oversees assets that are within the value-add risk profile business plans, including land promotion, planning, development, refurbishment, lettings, tenant re-gears and acquisitions/sales. Also works on capital structuring including raising debt.
GRAHAM CURD HEAD OF FINANCE
Joined Palmer Capital in 2014 as Group Finance Manager assisting the Chief Financial Officer and overseeing all financial aspects of the fund management side of the business. Promoted to Head of Finance earlier this year.
ANDREW ROBINSON DIRECTOR, HEAD OF CAPITAL RAISING
Previously at Morgan Stanley and Alternative Investment Partners, has experience of executing UK mergers and acquisitions transactions and of core and opportunistic fundraising for proprietary and third-party funds.
