Comptoir comes to Mayfair

Master sommelier and experienced restaurateur, Xavier Rousset, has opened Comptoir Café & Wine in Mayfair’s Weighouse Street. Offering a rotating range of seasonal dishes and serving around 30 wines by the glass, Comptoir occupies a prominent corner spot opposite an entrance to the new Bond Street Elizabeth Line station.

Head of Colliers’ Central London Restaurant Team, Josh Leon – who advised Grosvenor on the letting to Comptoir – comments: “Grosvenor’s aim is to increase the number of high quality yet affordable eateries in this part of north Mayfair which appeal to both the daytime population and also evening diners. Comptoir is a perfect fit with this outstanding building and busy location”.

Rousset and Agnar Sverrisson were the creators of Texture restaurant which won a Michelin Star within only three years of opening.
