You know all about yellow and white gold but how about green? It’s a fact that, while the world has become more ethically and ecologically aware in the last 20 or 30 years, improved technologies and increased mechanisation mean that the planet is under an even greater threat than it was when we didn’t give such issues a second thought.


So, as the exploitation of natural resources has become more effi cient it’s also become more problematic by throwing up issues that could take generations to resolve.

On arrival, the scrap is melted into fl akes before being refi ned into fi ne gold. The treatment removes any impurities and the newly recycled fi ne gold is melted into bars and grain and can then be turned into a range of diff erent products.

Ecogold is 100% recycled gold that’s been recycled through a traceable process from scrap gold drawn from market sectors like the jewellery, giftware, medical and electronic industries.
