all-in-one solutions and the latest smart machines, ranging from MIG/MAG welding machines, TIG and microplasma, to portable MMA welding machines. EWM develops and produces all the necessary components, such as welding torches for manual and automated applications. It puts the focus on simple operation, automation and Industry 4.0 while researching and developing innovative welding processes such as
forceArc and coldArc, with or without pulse, or rootArc for root welding. In the age of digitisation, its modularly designed quality management software (ewm Xnet) is designed to network welding machines, receiving all welding data in real-time during the welding process. The process is supported by a suitable welding torch and welding accessories.
New innovations on show At the Schweissen & Schneiden 2023 exhibition held in September in Essen, Germany, EWM offered visitors a visual journey through the world of welding on its stand. The full-service provider brought the industry’s biggest trends to life using live welding demonstrations, LED cubes and its entire product range from manual welding to digitalisation, cobots and robot welding cells. “We provided visitors with a glimpse
