Tempting treats at Kerridge’s Bar & Grill


Created by Nick Beardshaw, head chef at Kerridge’s Bar & Grill, Balloon Girl is arguably London’s most Instagrammable dessert. Inspired by Banksy’s iconic artwork, this tasty dish is a raspberry and rose cheesecake fi lled with glazed mascarpone, served with blackcur- rant pâte de fruits balloon string and a chocolate and raspberry torte girl.
