holidaymakers. The hotel’s hiking guide will show guests the most beautiful spots in the valley around five times a week in summer. There are also numerous mountain bike trails waiting to be discovered, from a leisurely route to the Kögerlalm to more challenging trails on the Patschgstuhl or Stubnerkogel. The easiest way to do this is with a Rotwild mountain e-bike, which guests can rent directly from the hotel and zoom around on while exploring the beauiful surroundings. Those who prefer a gentler approach can take
part in the various yoga and meditation sessions offered as part of a weekly programme. A special experience for yogis is the annual Yoga Spring and Yoga Autumn Gastein, which attract beginners and professionals alike.
DAS.GOLDBERG serves as a partner of the event, with guests able to take part in the yoga programme twice a day at the hotel itself. There are even outdoor sessions on offer in fair weather, featuring panoramic mountain views. You can also find peace and quiet in the yoga room, with its antique wood and artistic depictions of the surrounding landscape.
Beautiful accomodation The 65 studios and suites, most of which boast views of the valley, also offer a peaceful retreat. The décor features warm tones of brown, cream and grey, along with various kinds of wood and tasteful accessories to create a cosy atmosphere. Guests can enjoy a particularly exclusive stay in the loft suites, featuring timber construction in their design. These suites also boat open-air bathtubs on the roof terraces and an indoor fireplace for extra cosiness. The Spa Loft Suite offers its own unique highlights, including a private sauna with relaxation area and open fireplace for private relaxation after an active day outdoors.
Delicious food Culinary delights are a top priority at DAS. GOLDBERG, where sustainable and top-quality ingredients are prized. From leisurely breakfasts to fine dining, the hotel relies almost exclusively on regional produce from Austria and homemade products. In the evening, guests are spoilt with five-course menus, with dishes that can also be enjoyed individually.
