Dojo Bianco MAREMMA, TUSCANY, ITALY
Dojo Bianco is a member of the Healing Hotels of the World group and aims to be a space where guests can reawaken vitality, health and balance and where the healing experience is carefully tailored around the needs of each guest. The owners, Ceren and Giulio, are experienced energy healers, therapists and coaches. The healing experience at Dojo Bianco starts
with the traditions of rural Tuscany, where nourishing food, a slower way of life and the warmth of human connection are woven into the fabric of the environment. These are the essential ingredients of the Dojo Bianco offering, which is situated within 50 acres of the classically beautiful Tuscan landscape of olive groves, vineyards and historical towns. The highly exclusive Dojo Bianco features only
four rooms, all bordered by the swimming pool and biodynamic organic garden of health-giving herbs and botanicals such as rosemary, sage, fennel wild seeds, laurel leaf, artemisia, oleander and lavender. The hotel is surrounded by Tuscan cypresses and umbrella pine trees.
The property is also home to a herd of horses
— often visible from guests’ rooms. They’re seen as ‘colleagues’ by the Dojo Bianco team, lending their gentle healing spirits to the equine guided education sessions, which can yield numerous benefits for guests. The Dojo Bianco Immersion is a signature
experience — a three- to five-day healing programme completely tailored to individual needs, and usually catering to only one or two guests at a time. Those who sign up for the experience are carefully guided through a programme of body-based practices such as yoga, gong baths, meditation, horse therapy, nature walks, expressive arts and creative cooking sessions, all aimed at restoring wellbeing and providing a grounding sense of balance and vitality. For visitors less focused on healing, and who
want to simply switch off and experience the many attractions that Tuscany has to offer, Dojo Bianco represents a comfortable and cosy base for exploring the region.
