towards a pool, initially hidden from view, at the very end. Visitors must cross the beauty salon and changing areas before reaching the sauna and hammam capsules, designed with no visible doors. The sprawling NOŪS Spa is rooted in the principles Ef Zin, the Greek concept of wellbeing, and is defined by a holistic approach to self-care. The notion of wellbeing is infused throughout the hotel: the name itself, NOŪS, comes from the Greek word for ‘mind’, promoting wellbeing as a holistic experience. NOŪS takes pride in its gastronomic offerings,
rooted in the culinary traditions of Santorini and locally sourced ingredients.
