Created exclusively for One&Only Resorts, Nature’s Resonance by ESPA is a uniquely developed spa experience that is built upon two pillars: eco-therapy and vibrational energ. These immersive treatments draw on the beneficial powers of binaural beats, the Solfeggio scale and the rhythms of nature, to harness the positive energ of the earth’s vibrations. These holistic treatments seek to restore harmonious balance, leaving guests more in tune with themselves and with nature. Nature’s Resonance by ESPA harnesses
and applies both Ecotherapy and vibrational energ techniques to have a real and intense effect on physical and emotional wellbeing. Attuned to a strong sense of place, guests lie in comfort, cocooned in a sonic composition that blends beneficial binaural beats with an indigenous soundscape. Touch layers a further element to the
experience, with movements flowing across the face and body, mirroring the rhythm of the music

partnership with eco-tech platform more:trees, to support its commitment to sustainability. For every Nature’s Resonance treatment that’s
booked globally, trees will be planted according to the length of treatment; one tree for the 30-minute sound experience, three trees for the 60-minute Sound & Body Experience and five trees for the 90-minute Sound, Face and Body Experience.
ONE&ONLY REETHI RAH, MALDIVES A sea-facing sanctuary for the mind, body and soul, the Maldives spa focuses on revitalising face and body treatments, inspired by Asian beauty traditions. Featuring an extensive menu of personalised treatments based on one-on-one consultations, expert therapists start a journey of rejuvenation. Fusing science, nature, luxury and technolog, the therapists create a bespoke ESPA facial, designed to deliver instant and long- term skin radiance while leaving guests feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. The spa facilities include a therapeutic
vitality pool, crystal steam rooms, and saunas that are available for private hire. Start with a
consultation in the spa lobby — resplendent in regal purple hues — before meandering through tropical gardens to a private spa suite.
ONE&ONLY LE SAINT GÉRAN, MAURITIUS Mindfulness classes and beauty treatments tailored to make guest glow are available at One&Only Le Saint Géran’s sumptuous spa. Hit reset in one of 12 treatment rooms located around the spa’s private infinity pool, while selected rooms open onto private gardens with outdoor showers for a true island feel. Luxury facilities include a hammam, sauna, indoor relaxation area, and oversized daybeds circling adults-only, 18-metre pool. One&Only Le Saint Géran spa manager Bina
shines a spotlight on Mauritian ingredients. “Around 40% of our island is used for cultivation, 85% of which is sugarcane,” she says. “Colourful flowers bloom in abundance: gardenia, jacaranda, plumeria, bougainvillea and almost every kind of hibiscus. Local plants
include lemongrass, vanilla, ylang ylang and fruit trees such as banana, mango, guava, coconut and pawpaw.” There are one-on-one training and group
classes designed to raise energ levels and ignite metabolisms. A state-of-the-art Club One fitness centre includes the latest Kinesis Stations and Technogm equipment, facilitating stretching, cardio, movement and resistance training.
