The latest practice of cosmetic and plastic surgery
Mr Matti is a senior consultant plastic surgeon who works in the UK. He carried out all his training from junior to senior registrar in the Plastic Surgery Centre in Sheffield, St Andrews Hospitals, Billericay, West Middlesex Hospital and Hammersmith, London
H
e was appointed consultant plastic surgeon at the Charing Cross Hospital
in 1998 to
2002. Mr Matti’s cosmetic plastic surgery training was done with the world-renowned plastic surgeon, Mr FV Nicolle and Mr Matti started with him as a fellow in aesthetic surgery and then a partner from 1980s to 1990s. Mr Matti
is the United Kingdom
Ex-Secretary for ISAPS (International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery) and is a full member of the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic
Surgeons (BAAPS) as well as the British Association of Plastic Surgeons (BAPS). His main interest in cosmetic plastic surgery is facelifts and rhino- plasty. He’s performed more than 3,000 facelifts and more than 3,500 rhino- plasties, both primary and secondary. His vast experience extends to difficult noses, as well as difficult faces. Mr Matti’s
facelifts are revolu-
tionary; he uses his technical excel- lence to promote a conservative result — who wants to look like they’ve had a facelift? Te best results are when it looks like you’ve had nothing done.

His noses are neat and not overdone; patients fly in from all over the world just to see him. It’s vital a patient never feels rushed and under pressure to make a decision — if a patient needs many consultations before they make a decision, then that is what it takes. He’s a well-known teacher for
aesthetic and cosmetic plastic surgery, both in the UK and abroad. He’s been a frequent contributor to meetings in the UK and conferences and events
organised for BAAPS
during the last 20 years. He’s been a teacher and demonstrates his tech- nique to his colleagues. Mr Matti is also a frequent contrib- to meetings
utor abroad and to
teaching courses, which he regularly attends in Miami, New York, Chicago, Italy and Dallas, and he’s travelled to
these centres for more than 20 years. He’s published and presented
extensively, especially in the UK and abroad and he’s a very keen teacher in the field of aesthetic plastic surgery. His extremely friendly and profes-
sional staff has worked with him for more than 20 years and are dedicated to patient care and compassion. Mr Matti devotes his professional career to the subject of aesthetic
plastic surgery — in particular facelifts and rhinoplasties. Outside of work, Mr Matti’s hobbies include sculpting both in clay and bronze as well as spending time playing golf with friends.
