Belfast City Airport Appoints New Head of Commercial Development
BELFAST City Airport has announced the appointment of Caroline Rowan as Head of Commercial Development. Caroline Rowan will help to strengthen the airports commercial offering and supporting its long-term growth. Bringing 20 years of experience in the food and convenience industry, Caroline will lead the commercial team in further developing the airports diverse concessions, and enhancing the choice and convenience of Belfast City Airport’s retail, food and beverage options for travellers. Jet2.com have reopened their applications for their
Jet2FlightPath
programme that will give at least 60 applicants the opportunity to become
commercial pilots with their fully funded training. The training scheme launched
2025 and will
cover the cost of an eighteen month Airline Transport Pilot Licence course. Successful candidates will go on to train in the UK, United States or Spain and complete their Type Rating training on either Airbus
or Boeing aircraft before
joining the airline as pilots. The programme is delivered in partnership with training providers Skyborne Airline Academy, Leading Edge and FTE Jerez,
