HYATT’S Inclusive Collection recently hosted its UK Travel Advisory Board (TAB) members on an insightful trip to Mallorca, where the group experienced the luxury of Secrets Mallorca Villamil Resort & Spa and Zoëtry Mallorca. The Travel Advisory Board was
brand awareness across the portfolio and a deep dive into sustainability initiatives. Board members engaged in discussions on market trends and practical
improvements that could elevate both guest experiences and agent interactions. The group’s time at Secrets Mallorca Villamil and Zoëtry Mallorca gave them a firsthand look at the luxury, wellness, and service standards that Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection brings to the European market.
Northern Ireland was promoted to 27 German, Austrian and Swiss tour operators at Tourism Ireland’s B2B workshop in Frankfurt this week, organised in partnership with VisitBritain.
Nine tourism companies from Northern Ireland took part, meeting and doing business with tour operators who bring valuable tourists to our island each year or who’re considering programming the destination for the first time. Around 250 meetings were

conducted at the workshop, followed by a networking session – providing a valuable opportunity for the businesses from Northern Ireland to showcase and sell their products and services, as the tour operators sign contracts for 2025 and beyond. Tourism Ireland and its partners from Northern Ireland are reminding the German, Austrian and Swiss travel professionals about the many great things for their clients to see and do here –
including our beautiful landscapes, rich heritage, great food and drink, as well as our world-class attractions and outdoor experiences. Nadine Lehmann, Tourism Ireland’s Manager for Germany,

BACK in November, Northern Ireland Travel agents attended the 10th Annual Jet2holidays Conference in Paphos, Cyprus. Over the course of the conference, Northern Irish Travel Trade enjoyed a host of informative conference sessions, activities, and fabulous entertainment. The 10th Annual Jet2holidays conference took place in Constantinou Bros Athena Royal Beach Hotel. The theme of this years was the ‘Time Machine,’ which took a look back at the past 10 years of the Jet2holidays Conference. Upon arrival at the Athena Royal Beach Hotel, attendees were treated to a welcome drinks reception, ahead of Day One’s themed evening.
Attendees
could choose from a range of themes from previous conferences, including festival, icons, toga, 80’s, musicals, country and western, OR their favourite time traveller. The Gala Dinner, and Awards Ceremony took place on the second evening. With two NI Travel Agencies celebrated at the event, JF Travel were awarded Top Travel Agency for Northern Ireland. Alongside, L & J Travel who scooped the award for Silver Top Small Non-Retail Agency. The final evening celebrated Christmas in November, beginning with a festive meal in the Athena Royal Beach Hotel, followed shortly by an array of spectacular festive entertainment culminating in a firework display.
