Belfast, travel industry staff, suppliers and friends of the company came together for a night of celebration. As well as looking back on


the success of the last 40 years and taking time to reflect on absent friends, Oasis Travel also looked to the future with the announcement that found Sandra Corkin would be taking on the role of Executive Director, while Scott McCabe moves into the managing Director position in the new year. We caught up with


him to find out what we loves most about his role in travel, and where will Oasis Travel go next?


“What I really enjoy about the industry is the people we get to work with. I


love posting


happy or fulfilling a dream they have is definitely satisfying.” Said Mr McCabe.


“While we have new members of the {Oasis} team, we have ones that have been there for many years; When we talk about our Oasis Family we genuinely mean that and we are looking to grow that over the next number of years.” Scott’s new role within the company starts this month and he is looking forward to the challenge of diversifying and growing what Oasis has already been built upon. “We have to evolve in how we attract new clients going forward; we have always got to be looking for new clients, as well as looking after our existing ones. We want to make clients experience with us even more personal that it has been before which I think is important
