A highlight of the EICF conferences is the technical industry
visits, offering
attendees a firsthand look at cutting-edge facilities and processes. This year, there is the opportunity to visit Europea Microfusioni Aerospaziali S.p.a. (EMA), a world-class precision investment casting foundry renowned for its production of turbine blades and vanes for modern jet engines.
4. Industry Suppliers Exhibition The exhibition component of the conference brings together leading suppliers to the investment casting industry, showcasing the latest advancements and solutions. With a curated selection of exhibitors, attendees have the opportunity to engage with industry experts, explore innovative products, and foster collaborative partnerships. EICF has collected a selective group of 40 suppliers
presented in 40 booths. Even with such a packed programme of Technical Sessions the EICF planning has achieved that the 50 % of the overall Conference time is being devoted to “Exhibition Only” time.
5. Networking Networking is a cornerstone of the conference experience, offering attendees the opportunity to connect with peers facing similar challenges and opportunities. Social activities such as the Welcome Reception Party and Gala Dinner provide relaxed settings for networking and camaraderie.

8. Awards The conference also includes the presentation of two prestigious awards: the Lifetime Achievement Award and the Robert Smart Award. 6. EICF AISBL Annual General Assembly Meeting The Annual General Assembly Meeting serves as a vital forum for members to discuss key issues and initiatives shaping the future of the EICF. Members are encouraged to participate actively, with the meeting serving as a platform for collaboration and decision-making. This shall be held on the Sunday 12 of May 2024 about
16:30 h in the Aula Magna of Centro Congressi Universita Federico II all members representatives are invited. Like in previous years the online advance voting system shall be implemented and the voting process closure shall be held at the Assembly Meeting. Call for the GAM is being sent to all members in advance.
7. Event Sustainability Policy The EICF is committed to sustainability, with a focus on minimizing the carbon and environmental footprint of its events. Since 2015 all EICF conferences & workshops or seminars are paperless, introducing online tools and apps to disseminate the information required by delegates. In addition venues selected by the EICF to hold its events are compliant with recognized standards of environmental control such as ISO or EMAS and most of them are also adherent to the UN GDSs agenda. image, devoted to the 32nd EICF International Conference & Exhibition holding all relevant information and contacts associated with the Conference allowing interaction among attendees.
