People come first. Like so many clichés, it’s true. We went from busy offices to totally remote in the space of 45 days. That’s a lot of sellers navigating unfamiliar change. All needing resources and support. All facing uncertain times. We understood. And we made sure they knew it.

People need people! No-one forgets how tough isolation can be. We did our best to ease that strain, whether through virtual happy hours, global networking opportunities, or just shooting the breeze. All vital human contact to keep our sellers energized.

Never lose touch. When screens came between us, we set to breaking down barriers. With the chance of virtual training on a massive scale, we upskilled our sellers and got best practice spreading like wildfire. So, instead of drifting apart, we reinforced our team spirit.

We can face anything – together. No-one could have predicted how they’d cope with this global crisis. But we made it through, by taking care of each other. And if we did that, then we might well achieve anything. It’s not just about our top-level compensation and incentives, industry-leading product or world-class service. It’s about our shared will to succeed.


It’s okay not to be okay. Even champions need time- outs. So we listened. We offered our sellers unlimited PTO and also Recharge Days to rest and reboot.
