Tell us about your brands. RCD Hotels owns and manages luxury

resort properties in Mexico, the Caribbean and the US. We have five all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotels – one in Punta Cana and four in Mexico in the luxury resorts of Cancun, Riviera Maya, Puerto Vallarta and Los Cabos. We opened the luxury adult-only all- inclusive Unico 20°87° Hotel Riviera Maya in 2017. Our portfolio also comprises the world-famous Eden Roc Miami Beach and Nobu Hotel Miami Beach and the soon-to- open Nobu Hotels in Los Cabos and Chicago.

What’s coming up in 2019? Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos is opening in

May and two new Nobu hotels in Los Cabos and Chicago are opening in the second half of the year. A new water park at Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya has also just opened.

How can agents work with you? The travel trade is integral to our

business. We invest in an exceptional sales and support team because face-to-face engagement with agents is so important. We now have four office and field-based employees who are dedicated to working with agents through store visits, training and roadshows. We pride ourselves on providing unrivalled support to our agent partners. We have invested in our new online training and incentive programme, Amplified Rewards, for individuals and shops, as well as a weddings training programme. We supply agents with our handbook training manual and fact sheets, as well as point of sale material and window posters. We also host agents on fam trips, offer discounted personal stays and run travel agent incentives and competitions.

What might agents not know about you? The team enjoys dressing up as various

pop stars, including Elton John and Britney Spears.
