What’s coming up in 2019? We’re committed to providing agents
with the very best support, service, products, training and incentives. In 2019, we plan to send more agents than ever before on fam trips to gain first-hand insight and knowledge. Gold Medal has recently launched its portfolio of 2019-20 brochures boasting one new title – Thailand – and more than 300 new properties. Cruise Plus by Travel 2 has expanded its portfolio and launched its first river, luxury and expedition cruise brochure full of amazing itineraries.
How can agents work with you? The Gold Medal and Travel 2 key account
managers travel the UK to ensure all our agents are fully supported in selling our products. They can assist with training, events and marketing support, so if you’d like to arrange a store visit, please get in touch. In addition, the Gold Medal and Travel 2 call centres are on hand to provide quotes, bookings and customer service support.
What might agents not know about you? If you were to add together all Gold
Medal and Travel 2 passengers, we would fill 650 A380s and, on average, a Gold Medal or Travel 2 customer checks in to a hotel every minute of the day!
