What’s coming up in 2019? We are working with A-Rosa to expand

our river cruise programme, and now offer holidays on a range of ships with all-inclusive drinks and dining, plus multigenerational cruises with children’s clubs and adjoining cabins. Flights to meet your cruise are available from 16 airports or you can travel by Eurostar. India and Italy being top of the list. We’re thrilled to have our regional Italian charter programme back for 2019, flying from seven airports from Inverness to Newquay.

How can agents work with you? Our field sales team loves sharing its

ideas to help you sell more Newmarket holidays. We supply trade brochures and material for you to promote our holiday. Our training website (training.newmarket has helped more than 2,000 agents understand our full range. If you complete our online training, you get 15% agent concession rate and are automatically entered into our monthly prize draw.

What might agents not know about you? We have price parity on all products

across all channels, wherever you may see us promoted or advertised. And we are based in Surrey, not in Newmarket!


Ask our highly experienced regional account managers what is selling nationally and regionally. There is always a surprise destination or holiday you may not immediately think of that is worth getting out to customers.

Use all channels available to you outside of the branch, such as social media, your email database, and local clubs to promote holidays. Try to tie Facebook promotions to TV programmes, such as The Real Marigold Hotel, to promote India (on one of our tours you get to meet Mr Joseman, one of the drivers on set).

Escorted touring has a heap of added value benefits that can be highlighted, so break down all the elements for the customer. With flights, transfers, meals, experiences, entrances, the company of a dedicated tour manager, they will be amazed.
