Breaking free from retail constraints Jo spent a decade as a high-street travel agent after starting her career in fashion. She enjoyed building customer relationships, but felt limited by rigid structures that prevented her from offering truly personal service. Jo longed for more freedom — to build something meaningful for herself, her family, and her clients.
Then she discovered Travel Counsellors. Drawn by the promise of autonomy paired with world-class backing, the decision proved life-changing.
