to The Traitors: Live Experience – delivered in a specially designed CelestyalPay wallet, to mark the introduction of the line’s pre-paid food and beverage service.

MUSICAL MAGIC

Between the awards and coveted prizes, music acts help the audience let their hair down – and last year was certainly one to remember. First up was the blond-haired indie star Sam Ryder, who won the hearts of Eurovision Song Contest audiences in 2022 when he came second with his TikTok hit Space Man. Sponsored by Princess Cruises and dressed in a

dazzling denim jacket and with an electric-blue guitar in hand, Ryder first performed a heartfelt song from his debut album, before launching into the tune that made him a household name. As golden confetti rained from the ceiling, Ryder reflected on his ‘silver medal’ Eurovision placing and joked to the crowd: “Tell me what it feels like to win something.” It’s a feeling we’re sure any Globes recipient would be happy to share. Striking a different note was drum-and-bass act Rudimental. Known for their collaborations with

CLASS ACTS

If you’re a regular at the Globes, you’re sure to have fond memories of previous hosts – think Rob Beckett regaling the audience with hilarious holiday memories and his undying desire to go to Orlando, or Rylan Clark flashing the crowd his trademark bright smile. We’ve also seen Richard E Grant, Jason Manford, Tom Allen, James Corden and even Dame Edna Everage grace the stage, giving out amazing prizes and leaving top industry figures in stitches. Likewise, the musical entertainment is as varied as

our nominees. Classic acts such as Heather Small and Lulu have been complemented by classical singers, including Katherine Jenkins and Russell Watson. We can’t yet reveal who will be singing while you

supper or which top comic will get you belly-laughing, but one thing’s for sure – it’ll be a night to remember.

contemporary singers, the band brought in a pair of charismatic artists to sing a string of their biggest hits: These Days, Waiting All Night and Feel the Love had the audience rushing to the dance floor, adding to the euphoric atmosphere.
