Here at HF Holidays, we have over 100 years’ experience organising outdoor holidays. We specialise in offering a fantastic range of Walking and Leisure Activities holidays and every year over 60,000 guests choose to travel with us to over 70 destinations all over the world.


We have three exciting opportunities to join our friendly and professional team at our Head Office in Elstree, Hertfordshire.


1. Reservations Consultant


Ideally our new colleague will have a passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer experience within a call centre setting. In addition, you’ll be a highly organised inquisitive learner with a keen eye for detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.


Hours: 39.5 per week: 3 days per week from 9am - 5.30pm, 2 days per week from 10.30am - 7pm plus 1 day on alternating weekends from 9am - 1pm, (either Saturday or Sunday as required)


2. Flights Administrator


You’ll be a talented administrator with a high degree of attention to detail and a good knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus and Galileo (or similar) as well as a high competency in airline fares preferably gained within a tour operator or airline ticketing environment.


Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.30pm + 1 Saturday in 4 weeks, 9.00am-1.00pm 3. Abroad Travel Administrator


You’ll have a passion for administration, fingers that fly across the keyboard and a team-oriented mindset. Both self-motivated and a great team player you’ll be able to enthusiastically support our holiday sales team, produce Excel reports and provide general administrative support to the wider teams.


Hours: 37.5 per week + one Saturday per calendar month 9am to 1pm
