MSC to operate two-week cruises in Middle East on Bellissima this winter
MSC Cruises has introduced two-week cruises in the Gulf on board MSC Bellissima for winter 2019-20. Passengers will fly from London to Doha, Qatar, as part of a fly-and-cruise package with Qatar Airways. Prices for the Dubai, Abu Dhabi & India itinerary, departing from Doha on January 23, 2020, start at £2,089.

Scenic adds itineraries in southern Europe and upgrades vessels
Scenic has expanded its options in southern France and on the lower Danube in its 2020 Europe River Cruise Collection. Te 11-day South of France
itinerary on the Saone and Rhone rivers visits Lyon, Avignon and Viviers. Prices start at £3,400. Te eight-day Lower Danube
Explorer, sailing from Budapest to Belgrade, costs from £2,995. Te cruises include flights
or travel by Eurostar, local entertainment and guides, and chauffeur-driven airport transfers. Scenic has renovated the ships
sailing on the Rhine, Main and Danube. Salt-therapy lounges have
been added and the Royal Owner Suites have been refurbished. Bookings made by July 26
qualify for a saving of up to £1,000 per couple.

Carnival Sunshine to sail from Charleston
Carnival Sunshine is to sail year-round from Charleston, operating four to 11-day sailings. The 3,002-berth ship will sail to the Bahamas, Bermuda and the Caribbean and operate the line’s first Cuba cruises from the South Carolina port. A four-day Havana sailing, on November 21, leads in at $789, excluding flights.

New CroisiEurope ship will sail Asia, Middle East and the Med

CroisiEurope has revealed its new ocean ship will sail in Asia, the Middle East, the Mediterranean and the Atlantic before moving to Canada for summer 2020. La Belle des Océans’ inaugural season begins
on October 17, with nine sailings between Singapore and Phuket, Tailand. Te 11-day itinerary will call at ports
including Malacca, Port-Kelang (Kuala Lumpur), Penang, and Langkawi, all Malaysia; and Koh Muk and Phang Nga Bay, both Tailand, with departures from October 17 to December 20. Tere will also be a 12-day sailing of this itinerary
over the new year, departing on December 28. From January 2020, La Belle des Océans will sail 11
itineraries, including a 10-day cruise visiting Jordan, Egypt, Israel and Cyprus, departing on February 13. In June 2020, the 120-passenger vessel will arrive

at its summer home port in Quebec where it will sail a season of 11-day itineraries on the Saint Lawrence River and Lake Ontario. Tese sailings from Quebec City to Niagara Falls
will operate until October 2020 and will feature stopovers in Montreal, the Tousand Islands, Toronto and Niagara-on-the-Lake. Te seven-deck La Belle des Océans was acquired
from Silversea and previously known as Silver Discoverer. All suites have a shower, desk, wardrobe, safe, minibar, TV and air conditioning. Meanwhile, the line has released details of its summer Family Club programme, featuring
free child places and child-friendly excursions on the Douro, Rhine and Guadalquivir. Te line offers free places for children aged 16 and

Cunard doubles onboard spend for customers on Alaska cruise
Cunard is doubling the amount of onboard spending money for passengers who book a 2020 Alaska voyage by July 31. Passengers who book a Britannia Inside stateroom on a 10-night Alaska voyage, departing on June 2, 2020, will receive up to $120. Normally, passengers would receive up to $60.
