and operate as a franchise of the Hays Travel Independence Group, one of the largest independent travel businesses in the UK. We have been successfully operating our travel businesses for more than 15 years, based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. Personal Holiday Advisors is a rapidly expanding

How we work
Personal Holiday Advisors is a member of the Hays Travel Independence Group and is Abta and Atol-bonded, so you have peace of mind knowing we are financially protected. All our operators are fully bonded giving you the reassurance that your clients’ money is secure. Personal Holiday Advisors offers a
comprehensive, three-day training programme – either in Leeds, where a hotel stay is included, or from the comfort of your own home – with a full induction and ongoing support from our head office team. The minimum requirements that you need are

We also deal with all your administration, including full back- office customer support, such as ticketing, invoices and confirmations, operational changes, customer issues, and balance chasers and payments. dedicated business development manager and marketing support to help with your social media and local marketing. There are opportunities to win places on
educationals and fam trips, as well as invitations to travel trade network events, while webinars and face-to-face training with suppliers is also available.
