SUITE LUXURY: British Airways will unveil a new ‘Club Suite’ business- class cabin on the first of its new Airbus A350 long-haul aircraft in July. The 56 flatbed seats will be offered in a 1-2-1 configuration and will feature a door for enhanced privacy as well as a vanity unit and mirror. The airline says it will offer 40% more storage space than its Club World seat. The suites will have Wi-Fi, 18.5-inch inflight screens offering high-definition gate- to-gate programming, and PC/USB power ports. The first A350 aircraft will start short-haul flying between London and Madrid and will begin long-haul flying from October 1. The Club Suite will be introduced to other long-haul aircraft from 2020.
