Q. The Northern Ball is the biggest travel trade party of the year. Tell us why you’re a headline sponsor… Mark: Everyone in the industry works really hard, so it’s great to have the opportunity to let our hair down and have a really fun night together. We have such a strong relationship with the trade, and the Northern Ball is the perfect night to say thanks to our valued industry partners, and enjoy the travel trade’s biggest party of the year!


Q. What are the big developments for you as a business at the moment and what’s coming up in the next few months/year? Lee: The biggest development


for us this year is the consolidation of our sales teams across four of our guided holiday brands: Trafalgar, Costsaver, Insight Vacations and Luxury Gold. There’s a team of six of us on the road visiting agents across the UK and Ireland, and now that we operate across all brands, we can really meet their touring needs. And with smaller territories, we’re taking a bespoke approach with each agent, and hoping to deliver more personalised service and a bigger impact. So it’s an exciting time ahead!


Q. What are your current big product focuses? Mark: We’re in the midst of launch season at the moment,
