Can you feel the Bahamas Beat with NCL as a Travel Weekly Cover Star?

After eight years and nearly 100 professional photo shoots, Travel Weekly’s flagship travel agent competition Cover Stars is back! Once again, we’ll be taking 12 frontline travel sellers on an incredible trip, where they’ll be photographed for our front covers throughout 2019. And this year, we’re heading for Miami and the Bahamas with our headline sponsor Norwegian Cruise Line, airline partners American Airlines and British Airways and hotel partner Gold Medal. Cover Stars 2019: Bahamas Beat will take place from

November 18-24, and marks NCL’s second outing as headline sponsor of this amazing competition. This year’s winners will fly to Miami with British

Airways, before staying overnight in Miami courtesy of Gold Medal. They’ll then go on a four-night sailing on Norwegian Sky, taking in Grand Bahama island, Nassau, and NCL’s private island, Great Stirrup Cay, before returning to the UK overnight on November 23. Nick Wilkinson, NCL vice-president and managing

director for UK, Ireland and MEA, said: “Norwegian is delighted to be headline sponsor for Travel Weekly’s 2019 Cover Stars competition for a second time, reinforcing our commitment to the UK travel trade. “We’re looking forward to hosting 12 frontline agent winners on an incredible fam trip aboard Norwegian Sky, taking in Miami and the Bahamas. They’ll also get the opportunity to experience our private island, Great Stirrup Cay, and Premium All Inclusive cruising aboard our fun, friendly and informal ship. Good luck!” Lucy Huxley, Travel Weekly editor-in-chief, added:

“When we launched Cover Stars nearly a decade ago, we could scarcely have believed it would still be so popular and we would be gearing up for our 100th professional cover shoot. “The fact that NCL has decided to support this

initiative for a second time is testament not only to the competition’s place in the hearts of the travel trade, but also of NCL’s commitment to championing the stars of the industry – its travel agent partners.”

How to enter...

As usual, all you have to do to enter the competition to become a Travel Weekly Cover Star is to head to Coverstars2019.com and tell us why you think you’d make a good winner and what a trip to Miami and the Bahamas with NCL, British Airways and Gold Medal would mean to you. Entries are open until the closing date of October 4, and the

public voting will open on September 13 and run for three weeks until midnight on October 4. The competition is open to all frontline travel sellers aged 18

or over in the UK & Ireland, whether they work on the high street, online, in call centres or from home. For more details and for full terms and conditions, go to:
