Sales & Agency Support Executive Reporting to: Head of Sales


An exciting opportunity exists to be part of our amazing and wonderful award-winning sales team. This role is office based as the primary function is to support the sales team out on the road. Hours are flexible but you would be required Monday – Friday (37½ hours per week).


Main Role & Responsibilities: • Monitoring and actioning emails supporting the sales team. Running ad hoc reports as well as overall responsibility for running reports for all agent groups.


• Setting up new agents and maintaining/updating commercial agreements. • Assisting in agent incentives in terms of monitoring entries and fulfilment thereof. • Arranging accommodation and travel for the sales team for AW events/Conferences.


Preferred Skills: • A friendly and approachable member of the team who is a team player and enjoys the unpredictability of each working day. • Proficient in Microsoft applications, numerate and able to communicate both verbally and in writing.

Contact Centre Sales Advisor Reporting to: Call Centre Manager


An exciting opportunity for a Contact Centre Sales Advisor, based in Birmingham, to join our team who love to work hard, and play harder. You will be based at our head office in Kings Norton and you will be required to work shifts to suit the business needs (37 ½ hours per week). Call Centre open 7 days a week.


Main Role & Responsibilities: • An ability to achieve sales targets and other KPI requirements. • A flexible approach to working hours and a team player. • A good telephone manner is essential as well as the ability to converse with travel agents. • The ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and benefit from an excellent bonus scheme. • Previous travel experience preferred but not essential.
