Designed for water lovers Water babies of all ages can enjoy sea kayaking, whale watching and a boat trip on Dundee’s Tay Estuary, home to bottlenose dolphins from May to September. Inland, Tay Country
is carved by water, making it perfect for kayakers, white-water rafters, anglers and canyoners.
Designed for storytelling The V&A and McManus Galleries in Dundee, the UK’s only Unesco City of Design, shouldn’t be missed, while young culture vultures will have fun seeking out Desperate Dan or Minnie the Minx on the Open Close Dundee street art trail, and visiting Captain Scott’s Antarctic ship Discovery. Throughout the region, castles and palaces like Glamis, Scone, Falkland Palace and Macduff’s Castle are fascinating testaments to Scotland’s history.

Designed for legendary links Many of the world’s most famous golf courses, including the home of the game, St Andrews, reside in Tay Country. If your client doesn’t make the cut in the ballot for a round at the 600-year-old course, they can tee off at one of 100 other courses across Tay Country, including Carnoustie Championship, Montrose 1562 or Strathtay Golf Club, famed for its green fees honesty box.
