was paid 10p for every 100 brochures I stamped and I used to read them all. I never did that well at school because I knew what I wanted to do.” Nutall looked back on his nearly
four decades in travel, during which time he opened the first cruise-only agency in the UK, and praised his wife Paula, also managing director of Te Holiday Village, for her support. “I could not have done it without
Paula. She has supported me enormously throughout,” he added. He also praised agents across the
sector, saying “they are amazing”. Travel Weekly Group editor-in-
chief Lucy Huxley said both winners exemplified the outstanding agency
