Story: CAA ‘sorry’ for Thomas Cook refund delays Julie Hood: They should be emailing this to the customers instead of telling them they haven’t sent the correct info or that their booking doesn’t exist. All they have done is put more work onto the agents to try to calm down customers who are still waiting. It’s so stressful for them.
Gemma Logan: Still waiting for mine. Sent off the ‘additional information’ they required, and the 60 days resets. Ridiculous! They simplified the process, but still require all the information that we used to have to send when claiming for previous operator collapses.

Gemma Brice: We loved Excite in our shop. It’s such a shame. Adrian Marpole (head of Europe) will undoubtedly be snapped up by another operator as he’s a great guy and loved by a lot of us in the industry.
