Collette 100 Club rewards agents WIN!

Collette is marking its 100th anniversary in 2018 with a year-long trade promotion to raise its profile among agents.


The Collette 100 Club promotion


will incentivise agents with competitions and the opportunity to win places on two fam trips to the US where the company’s head office is based.


As a member of the Association


of Touring & Adventure Suppliers, Collette is seeking to highlight the group travel sector and the large range of options available. The operator was started by

Jack Collette in 1918 with a ‘jitney’ bus taking travellers on a three- week trip from Boston to Florida for $61.50. The company is still run as a family business and takes travellers from around the world to all seven continents.


Collette runs land tours, river cruises, rail journeys, small group tours and garden holidays. The Collette 100 Club will give prizes to 100 agents from a draw, based on bookings made by October 31. The prizes range from hampers and spa


days to Red Letter adventure days, and will be handed out to winners in the run-up to Christmas. Agents will also have the opportunity to join head office centenary celebrations in Rhode Island in January and participate in a global conference and celebration in New England in June. Agent events are also being planned next year throughout the UK as Collette celebrates 20 years since establishing a presence in the UK. The unveiling of the


promotional activity coincides with the distribution of the operator’s 2018-19 Worldwide &
