Emerald Cruises unveils maiden ports in winter programme
Emerald Cruises has released its winter 2023-24 yacht cruise programme, featuring Caribbean and Central American cruises, transatlantic voyages and new ports of call. The line will visit 15 new
ports of call including Cartagena, Colombia; St John’s, Antigua; and Isla Tortuga, Costa Rica. Both 100-passenger vessels
– Emerald Azzurra and Emerald Sakara – are scheduled to operate
itineraries in the programme. Prices for the 18-day Discover
Southern Caribbean & Central America sailing departing from Bridgetown, Barbados, on February 5, 2024, lead in at £9,835. Ports of call include Bonaire, Aruba and Isla Cebaco in Panama. Each of the three transatlantic
crossings include an extended stay in Lisbon. The 12-day Ocean Voyage: San Juan to Santa Cruz de Tenerife departing on April 5, 2024, leads in at £4,645. Prices for the 18-day Discover
Western Mediterranean & Morocco cruise departing from Santa Cruz de Tenerife on April 17, 2024, start at £7,580. Ports of call include Gibraltar, Ibiza and the Italian ports of Civitavecchia, Sorrento and Amalfi. All prices include return flights, transfers, cruise, gratuities, onboard meals and local guides.

Silversea plots three short sailings in Antarctica on Silver Cloud in 2024
Silversea Cruises has unveiled three short ‘Antarctica Bridge’ sailings for 2024. Silver Cloud will operate two five-day sailings and a six-day voyage in February 2024. The short cruises avoid sailing across Drake’s Passage by flying passengers in business class from Punta Arenas in Chile to board Silver Cloud in King George Island. Prices start at €12,600 for the five-day cruises.

HAL celebrates anniversary with
transatlantic crossing on Rotterdam A second transatlantic crossing by new Holland America Line ship Rotterdam has been added to a schedule of sailings marking the company’s 150th anniversary. The ship will set sail from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on April 3, 2023, on a 16-night cruise to Rotterdam, the Netherlands, retracing the line’s first voyage in reverse. Bookings open on July 14.

SeaDream to visit 28 islands in Caribbean on 2024 sailings

SeaDream Yacht Club has introduced a Caribbean programme for the final quarter of 2024 featuring stop-offs at 28 islands in the region. The luxury yacht line will offer departures from
Antigua, Barbados, Puerto Rico, Sint Maarten and Saint Thomas from November 2024. The line said sailings are “designed to showcase the
best of the Caribbean with cultural experiences and immersive excursions”. Sailings will be aboard SeaDream I and SeaDream II,
which can each carry up to 112 passengers. New ports of call for the line include Barbuda and
