Carnival Cruise Line adds videos to trade Facebook site

Carnival Cruise Line has made changes to its agent loyalty scheme and started to produce short Facebook videos to help agents engage with the line. Te videos, introduced

following trade feedback, last between three and six minutes, and will be uploaded to the trade sales Facebook page Carnival Fun Team International.

Tey will cover European

deployment, ship developments, campaigns, selling tips and customer profiling. Carnival has also begun

offering agents smaller prizes, such as Amazon Echo Dots, Firesticks and Fitbits through its Loyalty Rocks Club programme in a bid to encourage bookings every month. International head of trade

sales Luke Smith said: “Tese changes are to support agents that don’t book high volumes but are still very important to us.” UK agents travelling in the US

can now be added to trade ship visits. “We want as many people to experience the product as possible,” Smith added. facebook.com/CCLFunTeam International
